Angel's Court,

Considering the fact that I want to prep you guys for the next season of clan wars, we need to keep in mind that we will need a home system.

As you all know, I've been designing a lot of maps for us to use to practice scrims and games with, but I wanted to make a system that best compliments all of us and makes you guys feel most comfortable to play with.

Granted, we have a ways to go in terms of improving our game play before we're ready for Clan wars, I want you guys to tell me what you want so that we can practice ahead of time to get a foothold for an easier victory.

If you have suggestions, please post them here so that when it is time for me to make the system, I will have a reference to pull from.

Something like Devil's Horn's could be interesting based on how much we practice on it. Ideally it would be larger and have more lanes to help scale it larger. Its just an idea to think about.

If nobody says anything.... We need a commboxing map. It will mess with the enemies and give us a style of map not represented in the current set of home maps.

NO, no commboxing... that throws the point of a home system off and out the window. We need a system where everyone feels at home defending and attacking as well as knowing how to counter whatever comes after us. We also need to know what hard points and points we need to get first in order to obtain an edge on our opponents.

I would suggest Kronos, but we are in no way good enough to compete in 4 1v1s.

Maybe try a planet similar to Devil's Horns, but with six lanes instead of the three we have now?

Are we sure we're happy with a one planet system as our home system though?

Hmmmmm...
What about have a planet similar to the main planet in Maraduke with a small spawnable halleyable moon orbiting it. And another non-spawnable moon/planet elsewhere in the system.

We could even spawn the main planet and the spawnable moon to try and force the 2v1 on the moon to fast push the player there. After winning the moon we could tele support onto the main planet and get oribtal up and colonize the third planet. Also because of the style of alot of the maps we play I think having naval on either the main planet or the spawnable moon would play into our strengths.

Overall we should keep in mind that the purpose of our home system is to make our enemy feel uncomfortable while knowing every little detail of the planet we can use to our own advantage.
